To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our brand, we kindly recommend recording a video while opening your package. All D’argento pieces are shipped sealed and securely packed, and the unboxing video serves as proof of the item’s condition upon arrival.

If you receive a product with an issue, please email the unboxing video to [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order. After reviewing your case, we may request the product to be returned for evaluation so we can provide the best possible resolution.
